Belgian Connection

I will always remember my first participation in a Belgian Connection event. It was March 27, 2011, only a few days after my arrival in Bucharest when Belgian Connection invited me to join the enthousiastic crowd cheering stand-up comedian Dirk Denoyelle. It was a wonderful evening with a splendid performance, good food and drinks and above all a great atmosphere before and after the show.

I fully subscribe the idea of a social club which is behind Belgian Connection.ro, not to be confused with Belgian Connection.be which is a private initiative. To create continuity in getting people together and in particular to come up with an attractive agenda is an art. I can only encourage the Belgian Connection team to excel in this art and trust that together with the Belgian Romanian Business Association, through its initiatives, the Belgian visibility in Romania will grow. Together we can stand strong in a dynamic and convivial radiation of Belgium in Romania.

As in the past, Belgian Connection will enjoy full support of the Belgian Embassy and in particular of the Ambassador. Personally, I will endeavour to mark as much as possible the events in my agenda and stand ready to give all support needed to further boost the success of Belgian Connection.
